• SWAD Biryani Curry Paste – 3 tbsp
• SWAD Basmati Rice – 2 cups (soaked 30 mins)
• Mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower, potato) – 2 cups (chopped)
• Onion – 2 medium, thinly sliced
• Tomato – 1 large, chopped
• Yogurt – ½ cup
• Oil or ghee – 3 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Water – 4 cups
• Fresh coriander– for garnish
• Cashews – for garnish (optional)
1. Heat oil/ghee in a deep pan, fry onions until golden; set aside half for garnish.
2. Add chopped tomato, yogurt, and SWAD Biryani Curry Paste; cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add vegetables, sauté for 3–4 minutes.
4. Stir in soaked rice and 4 cups water with salt; mix gently.
5. Cover and cook on low flame until rice is fluffy and fully cooked (12–15 minutes).
6. Garnish with Cashews and coriander.
7. Serve hot with SWAD Raita or pickle.
