Instruction

  • 1. Roast Swad Jeera Papad on flame or tawa till crisp.
  • 2. Cool slightly, then crush papads into small pieces (churi).
  • 3. Add crushed papad churi and sauté lightly on low flame.
  • 4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, and salt if needed.
  • 5. Mix well for 30–40 seconds.
  • 6. Switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander.
  • 7. Serve hot with dal, sabzi, or enjoy as a crunchy snack

  • 1. Roast or fry Swad Papad till crisp and keep aside.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala.
  • 3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • 4. Place the crisp papad on a serving plate.
  • 5. Spread the prepared masala evenly over the papad.
  • 6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • 7. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunch
