Balti Veggie Stir fry

Instruction

1. Heat oil in a wok/pan, sauté onion until golden.
2. Add tomato and cook until soft.
3. Stir in SWAD Balti Curry Paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.
4. Add chopped vegetables, sprinkle salt, and stir well.
5. Add ¼ cup water, cover, and cook for 8–10 minutes until veggies are tender but crisp.
6. Serve hot with chapati or rice.

Vegetable Biryani

Instruction

1. 1. Heat oil/ghee in a deep pan, fry onions until golden; set aside half for garnish.
2. 2. Add chopped tomato, yogurt, and SWAD Biryani Curry Paste; cook for 2 minutes.
3. 3. Add vegetables, sauté for 3–4 minutes.
4. 4. Stir in soaked rice and 4 cups water with salt; mix gently.
5. 5. Cover and cook on low flame until rice is fluffy and fully cooked (12–15 minutes).
6. 6. Garnish with Cashews and coriander.
7. 7. Serve hot with SWAD Raita or pickle.

Rogan Josh Mutton Curry

Instruction

1. 1. Heat oil/ghee in a heavy pan, fry onions until golden brown.
2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
3. 3. Stir in SWAD Rogan Josh Curry Paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4. 4. Add mutton pieces, mix well, and sear until lightly browned.
5. 5. Add whisked yogurt, salt, and 2 cups water; mix and bring to boil.
6. 6. Cover and simmer on low flame for 40–50 minutes, until mutton is tender.
7. 7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with steamed SWAD Basmati Rice or naan.
