• SWAD Rogan Josh Curry Paste – 3 tbsp
• Mutton (bone-in pieces) – 500 g
• Onion – 2 medium, finely sliced
• Yogurt – ½ cup (whisked)
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Oil or ghee – 3 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Water – 2 cups
• Fresh coriander – for garnish
1. Heat oil/ghee in a heavy pan, fry onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Stir in SWAD Rogan Josh Curry Paste and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add mutton pieces, mix well, and sear until lightly browned.
5. Add whisked yogurt, salt, and 2 cups water; mix and bring to boil.
6. Cover and simmer on low flame for 40–50 minutes, until mutton is tender.
7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with steamed SWAD Basmati Rice or naan.
