Ingredients

  • SWAD Basmati Rice – 1 cup

  • Water – 2 cups

  • SWAD Biryani Curry Paste – 2 tbsp

  • Oil/Ghee – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Fresh Mint leaves and Peas – for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil SWAD Basmati Rice in water with a pinch of salt until 90% cooked. Drain and set aside.

  • In a pan, heat oil/ghee and sauté SWAD Biryani Curry Paste for 1–2 minutes.

  • Add the cooked rice, mix gently, and cover for 5 minutes on low flame.

  • Garnish with Mint leaves and Peas and serve hot with raita or pickle.
