SWAD Basmati Rice – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
SWAD Biryani Curry Paste – 2 tbsp
Oil/Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh Mint leaves and Peas – for garnish
Boil SWAD Basmati Rice in water with a pinch of salt until 90% cooked. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil/ghee and sauté SWAD Biryani Curry Paste for 1–2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice, mix gently, and cover for 5 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with Mint leaves and Peas and serve hot with raita or pickle.
