Ingredients

  • SWAD Alphonso Mango Pulp – 1 cup (250 ml)

  • Frozen Banana – 1 large (peeled & sliced)

  • Greek Yogurt – ½ cup (125 ml) (or regular thick yogurt)

  • Honey – 1–2 tbsp (optional, adjust to sweetness)

  • Ice Cubes – 2–3

  • Chopped Pumpkin seeds, Truffle, Almonds – for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine SWAD Alphonso Mango Pulp, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and ice cubes.

  • Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.

  • Pour the smoothie mixture into a wide bowl.

  • Serve immediately with a spoon for a fresh, chilled treat.

  • Garnish with Chopped Pumpkin seeds, Truffle and Almonds Almonds
