Frozen Banana – 1 large (peeled & sliced)
Greek Yogurt – ½ cup (125 ml) (or regular thick yogurt)
Honey – 1–2 tbsp (optional, adjust to sweetness)
Ice Cubes – 2–3
Chopped Pumpkin seeds, Truffle, Almonds – for garnish (optional)
In a blender, combine SWAD Alphonso Mango Pulp, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, honey, chia seeds, and ice cubes.
Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
Pour the smoothie mixture into a wide bowl.
Serve immediately with a spoon for a fresh, chilled treat.
