Cooked Dal (any variety – yellow, masoor, or mixed) – 1 cup
Steamed SWAD Basmati Rice – 1 cup
SWAD Pickle (Mango, Lime, or Mixed) – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tsp (optional)
Fresh coriander – for garnish
In a serving bowl, place a layer of hot steamed rice topped with dal.
Drizzle ghee and garnish with coriander.
Add a spoonful of SWAD Pickle on the side or over dal.
Serve as a comforting one-bowl meal.
