Ingredients

  • Cooked Dal (any variety – yellow, masoor, or mixed) – 1 cup

  • Steamed SWAD Basmati Rice – 1 cup

  • SWAD Pickle (Mango, Lime, or Mixed) – 1 tbsp

  • Ghee – 1 tsp (optional)

  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • In a serving bowl, place a layer of hot steamed rice topped with dal.

  • Drizzle ghee and garnish with coriander.

  • Add a spoonful of SWAD Pickle on the side or over dal.

  • Serve as a comforting one-bowl meal.
